What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Oscar Winter jewelry as much as we do. If you've decided to return your item for any reason, we offer full refunds within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in new condition. Please notify us at your earliest opportunity to coordinate the return of your items. We will provide you a complimentary return label and detailed instructions of how to package the items for shipping. Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the time your parcel is received to our headquarters.

How is my Oscar Winter purchase shipped to me?

Oscar Winter provides complimentary UPS or FedEx Overnight shipping for all purchases. To ensure the security of your items, all parcels are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Each Oscar Winter engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order and delivered to you within 21 days of purchase. Your Personal Jewelry Advisor will keep you up to date as your jewel is crafted and inform you of an expected delivery date as your jewel is completed. 

Selections from the Inspiration Gallery and Cufflinks collection are delivered within 7 to 10 business days.

What happens if I didn't receive my package when I expected it?

If you've received a tracking number and delivery date from your Personal Jewelry Advisor but your parcel was not delivered, please contact us immediately so that we can work with the courier to investigate and ensure your order reaches you promptly. We will do everything in our power to help resolve any unforeseen issue with the courier.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, we understand that not everything goes as planned. If you need to modify an order after it has been placed, please contact our Personal Jewelry Advisors as soon as possible. 

Please note that changes to your order may affect the delivery time of your order, but we will always do everything in our power to deliver your order as quickly as we can.

What if my Oscar Winter jewelry needs repair?

If your Oscar Winter jewelry requires repair, we encourage you to contact a Personal Jewelry Advisor who will provide you a complimentary shipping label to return your item to us for inspection. We will contact you once your item is received to discuss our recommended course of action prior to any work being done.

We strongly recommend you bring Oscar Winter jewelry directly to us for maintenance and repair and avoid having it worked on by any other jewelr, which will void your lifetime warranty with Oscar Winter.

Can my ring be sized?

Oscar Winter engagement rings and wedding bands can be sized, except for eternity bands that don't structurally allow for sizing. Our Personal Jewelry Advisors can help determine if the ring you own or are considering purchasing can be sized.

How do I know my finger size for rings?

We understand that the ring you are purchasing may be a surprise for the recipient, and you might not know their finger size prior to the moment of presentation. Here are some ways to determine which finger size to order.

Use our ring size guide to see different finger sizes and estimate the best size for your order. It is helpful, but not necessary, if you have a ring to compare against the ring size guide.

You may also request a complimentary ring size gauge to take a precise measurement before placing your order.

We encourage you to obtain an accurate size prior to placing your order, but rest assured knowing that if the size needs to be adjusted after you've received your purchase, we will provide you a complimentary shipping label for you to return your ring to us to be sized. Ring sizing usually takes 10-14 business days to complete and be returned to you.

How do I clean my diamond engagement ring and wedding band?

For day to day cleaning of your diamond jewelry, we recommend you use an old toothbrush with soft bristles, warm soap and water to clean the inside of the ring. Never use a new toothbrush or anything that could be abrasive to your jewel.

Oscar Winter offers complimentary annual deep cleanings with our professional jewelers. This allows us to not only keep your rings looking as beautiful as the first day you wore them, but also to check for any prongs that may have come loose over time, stone that are chipped, or any other undetected risks with your rings. Annual inspection is required for your Oscar Winter jewels to be covered under warranty.

For gemstone and pearl jewelry, the cleaning method varies to best suit the stone and material. Please contact our Personal Jewelry Advisors for further details.

Can I engrave my ring?

Yes. All Oscar Winter rings can be engraved with a personal message. 

To add an engraved message to your jewel, select the Complimentary Engraving option in your shopping cart, then enter the message in the newly populated text box. There you will see your character limit, and below will be a. preview of your message.

Didn't think about engraving a personalized message until after you placed your order? Just contact our Personal Jewelry Advisors to assist you with adding this to your ring.

Are Oscar Winter designs available in 14k gold?

The Oscar Winter flagship store will open to the public by appointment on San Francisco's famed Union Square in 2018. The complete collection and expertise of our Personal Jewelry Advisors will continue to be available online, and by phone, email, and live chat Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM PT.
